XP Web Services gave us one of toughest challenges to date: explain the science of search engine optimisation in an informal, easy to understand way. Oh, and make it keyword-rich. Which presented one clear problem: what do you do when someone comes up to you at a party and says they’re in IT? Yep. Us too. That was the effect we were trying to avoid. Happily, we think we did it, and so did the customer.
